50ml Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
To taste: Gallo Piri Piri Sauce
- 50g tomatoes
- 300g avocado
- 20g red onion
- 5g coriander
- 100ml lime juice
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation

Start by removing the avocado pulp and mash it into a bowl.

Add the chopped onion and coriander, the diced tomatoes, the olive oil, the lime juice and a few drops of Gallo Piri Piri sauce.
