Ingredients
- 200g of cream cheese to spread
- 1 tea cup of chooped, peeled pistachios
- 8 slices of rye bread
25ml of Gallo First Crop 2019-2020
Method of preparation

Start by molding the cream cheese with the desired shape - in this case, small Christmas trees - and set to cool.

Toast the bread in the oven or in a toaster.

When the cheese is cold, brush with olive oil and then bread it with the chopped peeled pistachios.

Serve the cheese on the toast, drizzling with a dash of Gallo First Crop 2019-2020.
Chef tip
You can serve the toast still warm so that the cheese can melt slightly.
