Ingredients

20ml of Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin

  • 300g of greek strawberry yoghurt
  • 125g of cereals or muesli
  • 100g of red fruits

Method of preparation

Place half the yoghurt in the bottom of the bowl.

Place the cereals on top, followed by the remaining yoghurt.

Arrange the red fruits, drizzle with Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil Extra Virgin and serve cold.

Chef tip

It can be made in advance by letting the cereals soften.
