Ingredients
50ml Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 200g brown sugar
- 200g flour
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 120g grated carrot
- 4 eggs
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g sliced strawberries
- 100g sweet popcorn
Method of preparation

Start by whisking the eggs with the sugar, add the grated carrot and stir thoroughly.

Then add the flour with the yeast.

Grease a round tin with olive oil and dust with flour.

Pour the mixture and put in the oven at 180ºC, regularly controlling the baking.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath, adding the Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Then, remove the cake from the mould and cover it with the chocolate mixture.

In the end, decorate with the sliced strawberries and with the popcorn.
