Ingredients

  • 150g of dark chocolate
  • Pistachios, to taste
  • Dried apricots, to taste
  • Orange, to taste
  • Hazelnuts, to taste
  • Almonds, to taste
  • Sesame seeds, to taste
  • Goji berries, to taste
  • Cashews, to taste
  • Fleur de sel, to taste
  • Himalayan salt, to taste

Method of preparation

Cover a tray with a tracing paper sheet.

Put the chocolate in a heat-resistant bowl and put it over a pot with boiling water.

After melting the chocolate in a hot water bath, add the Gallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil Reserve and mix.

With a spoon, make small chocolate disks.
