Ingredients
- 1 pack of puff pastry squares
- 200g of cheese for the raclette
- 4 onions
- To taste: arugula
- To taste: thyme
- To taste: fleur de sel
- To taste: pepper
To taste: Gallo D.O. Madeira Wine Vinegar
Method of preparation

Start by cutting thin strips of puff pastry and place them on the squares limits.

At the centre of the squares, place the onion cut into thick half-moons and spread the cheese.

Sprinkle with the thyme and cook in a pre-heated oven at 190ºC.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with Gallo D.O. Madeira Wine Vinegar.

Serve with arugula.
