200ml Gallo Extra Virgin

400ml Gallo White Wine
  • 150g onions
  • 100g green bell peppers
  • 100g red bell peppers
  • 300g plum tomatoes
  • Oregano to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation

Start by dicing the onion, the bell peppers and the tomato.

Add everything in a salad bowl and season with salt, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar and aromatic herbs.

Mix everything and let it rest for 30 minutes.
