This olive oil is the product of the quest for a sober and harmonious balance. It reveals a slightly sweet and fruity flavour, with an almost imperceptible presence of bitter and spicy notes. An Mild Extra Virgin Olive Oil for delicate palates.

Method of preparation

Slowly heat the olive oil to 100°C, take off the stove and place the basil in the olive oil.

Let it cool completely.

Using a blender or a handheld blender, blend the mixture completely and then pass the mixture through a fine sieve and store in a glass jar.

Chef tips

To make a Parsley Flavored Olive Oil use the same process as decribed above for Basil, replacing with Parsley.
